Warranty
Concordia Beverage Systems offers 1-year parts and labor warranty on our entire line of equipment.
To determine if your machine is covered under warranty, please call us at 800-778-0990. If you are covered under warranty, we will telephone troubleshoot your issue and then dispatch a certified Concordia trained technician if needed.
If your machine is not under warranty, we will assist you in finding your local certified Concordia trained technician.

The choice of system is generally dependent on 3 things:
- How many beverages you anticipate making on a daily basis?
- Do you plan to offer beverages “self-serve” or will the system be “attended”?
- What types of beverages do you plan to offer?

Once you have ordered your equipment, our Installation Coordinator will contact you to discuss your role in the installation. Basically, you’re responsible for providing power, water and drain. A Concordia trained technician arrives on-site to unpack the machine, perform the installation and testing, and then train your staff on using and cleaning the machine. Please refer to the pre-installation checklists located on the product page or Services page.
It should take 7-10 minutes a day to clean their machine, depending on the model. When you press the “clean” button the machine walks you through the entire cleaning process. The good news is that there are no parts to take off the machine during the entire process.
Concordia is “roaster neutral,” which means that we can support any brand of espresso beans in our systems. We work with many of the largest roasters in support of their end users. We also work with many smaller regional roasters.
Some regional roasters have built their business on their “specialty roasts” and they really like the fact that our systems can be adjusted to maximize the quality of espresso from their beans. The choice is ultimately up to you—we’ll make sure you get the best from your favorite bean.

Parts
The chocolate sauce is proprietary to our machines, so we require that you use one of the three recommended brands: SunnySky, Monin and Torani. Please visit PartsTown to order your next batch. You can use whatever brand of syrup you prefer.
If you know the number of the part you want, you can get pricing and order the part directly from PartsTown.
If you don't know your part number, contact us. In order to ensure the proper part selection, please have your model number available for our customer service reps. Parts orders received by 1:00 pm PST are shipped the same day from our extensive parts inventory.

Concordia Beverage equipment typically has a 1 year parts and labor warranty from ship date. If you have your own service team and would prefer to service the machines yourself, we offer a 2 year parts only warranty and will train and certify your team.
To place a service request, or find out your unit’s warranty status, please call Customer Service at 1-800-778-0990, and have you unit’s serial number ready. The serial number is located inside the left door on our espresso machines and inside the front door of the Ascent Touch.
Concordia Beverage equipment typically has a warranty for 1 year from date of shipment. If you do not know when your unit was purchased, please call Customer Service at 1-800-778-0990, and have you unit’s serial number ready. The serial number is located inside the left door on our espresso machines and inside the front door of the Ascent Touch.

On Concordia Espresso machines, the serial number is near the power switch, (left front door). On the Ascent bean-to-cup brewers, the serial number is inside the front door.
All Concordia cleaning supplies, air filters, water filters, as well as all other parts can be found at Partstown.
Concordia machines should be cleaned every day, once every 24 hours. For best performance, please clean units at the same time every day.
Training
In-person training is currently not available at this time. Limited “On-line-inter-active” training courses are being created, again on a limited basis. Please check back for more information.

Due to concerns surrounding Covid-19 (Coronavirus), we have suspended in-person onsite training or seminars until further notice. We are currently offering live-interactive-remote training for Concordia products on a case-by-case basis.
