Warranty
Concordia Beverage Systems offers 1-year parts and labor warranty on our entire line of equipment.
To determine if your machine is covered under warranty, please call us at 1-800-778-0990. If you are covered under warranty, we will telephone troubleshoot your issue and then dispatch a certified Concordia trained technician if needed. If your machine is not under warranty, we will assist you in finding your local certified Concordia trained technician.

To place a service request, or find out your unit’s warranty status, please call Customer Service at 1-800-778-0990, and have your unit’s serial number ready. The serial number is located inside the left door on our espresso machines and inside the front door of the Ascent Touch.
